01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the win39 platform — whether through the official website, mobile app, or any other provided digital channel — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Acceptance of these terms is automatic upon completing the account registration process or using any win39 service. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity or organization, you also acknowledge that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Win39 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be displayed on this page along with the most recent update date. Continued use of the win39 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the win39 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are registering as an individual for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gaming platform services by any relevant authority.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any technical means to conceal your true location or identity while using the win39 platform.
• You have not previously had a win39 account closed or suspended for fraud, misconduct, or terms violations.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the win39 platform. Owning multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or banking details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and wins.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Providing your full name as it appears on your official identification document (MyKad or Passport).
• Registering an active and valid Malaysian phone number that is used exclusively by you.
• Providing an active email address that is accessible to you at all times.
• Submitting bank account details in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

Win39 conducts an identity verification (KYC) process for all new accounts. You may be required to submit a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other supporting documents for verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Win39 supports a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank debit cards. All transactions are processed through secure channels encrypted with 256-bit SSL technology.

Deposit rules:

• The minimum deposit is as specified on your account cashier page and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Win39 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit for security verification purposes.

Withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals are processed automatically and are typically completed in under 5 minutes via DuitNow or FPX.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account in the same name as your win39 account. win39 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before your first withdrawal, KYC identity verification must be fully completed.
• Win39 reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal that triggers a fraud alert until an internal investigation is completed.
• Any taxes or fees related to withdrawals under local laws are the sole responsibility of the member.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Win39 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated in their respective promotional terms.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per account, per household, and per device, unless otherwise specifically stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the specified wagering requirements (rollover) have been fully met.
• Win39 reserves the right to void any bonus and wins derived from that bonus if there is any misuse, fraud, or breach of promotional terms.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never held a win39 account before.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through multiple account registrations or other methods will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Bonus expiry dates are as stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will not be re-credited.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the win39 platform — including slots, Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting — are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent international testing bodies. All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed.

• Members are fully responsible for all wagers placed through their accounts.
• Any wager that has been confirmed and accepted by the win39 system cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, win39 will use server records to determine a fair game outcome. The decision of the win39 technical team in such matters is final.
• Wagers placed during a communication disruption between your device and the win39 server may not be processed. win39 is not liable for any losses arising from such disruptions.
• For sports betting, odds and markets may change until the bet is confirmed. Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error may be voided by win39.

07 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and win39 account login credentials. win39 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online accounts.
• Make sure you log out of your win39 account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact win39 support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account.
• Win39 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password is a fraudulent attempt.

08 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all win39 members, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to automate gameplay or exploit the win39 system.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Making deposits using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Using the win39 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or unfair advantages.
• Spreading false, defamatory, or malicious information about win39 or other members through any platform communication channel.
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities discovered, rather than reporting them to the win39 technical team.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Win39 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, all account balances, bonuses, and wins will be forfeited without compensation. For closures due to other valid reasons, eligible account balances will be processed for withdrawal once security checks are completed.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Liability Limits

12 Terms Amendment

Win39 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

Win39 will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via an in-platform notice or registered email. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.

Continued use of the win39 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.
